Same as 245275
1. go to a website
2. click somewhere in page
3. click on address bar
Actual results:
caret is placed at click location
Expected results:
the whole text should have been selected

1. Enter about:config?filter=browser.urlbar.clickSelectsAll into the address bar.
2. Click the big button to bypass the warning.
3. In the search results list, double-click browser.urlbar.clickSelectsAll to set it to true.
