these content crashes with involvement of a dll module from the software vendor at www.pcpitstop.com are spking up since yesterday across channels, indicating that they have released some faulty update. can we try to get in contact with them?

the crash signature is triggering many user comments, indicating that it has quite a bad impact on affected users.

We should try to see if we can blocklist this.

putting the modules onto the dll blocklist wasn't successful in a trial run.

according to a mail conversation with the vendor of this software they have identified the problem though and are confident to have a fix pushed out to their users very soon :-)
