1471171 - [mozterm] Bump mozterm to 1.0.0 and release to PyPI

Description

Now that mozterm supports Python 3 we should release a new version. Let's wait until bug 1388016 is resolved, so we can have some confidence that any regressions will be detected.

Only Andrew can upload at the moment. I would suggest that we add more maintainers. Andrew, can you please do the upload?
