The latest Bugzilla Guide does not have an updated one-file version
(Bugzilla-Guide.html).

I'm not sure if this is usually updated, but it is out of date in any case and
needs to be deleted or (preferably) updated.

Erm, there should be a script for doing all this.  If there isn't you should
write one.

Bug #93667 contains rewrites to referential integrity checking which could
result in a speedup (or a slowdown even), and you might want to consider testing
them and placing them on bmo (in a second CGI) so we can compare.  However, this
could probably be done anytime, not necessarily before an upgrade.

In particular there is a double cross checking rewrite first of all, but also a
single cross checking rewrite that still needs to be attached (blocked by the
other patches).

I'll make sure that creation of the single HTML and TXT files happens automatically.
