Steps to reproduce:
1. Applied the built-in "dark" theme.
2. Have the about:config setting "browser.newtabpage.enabled" set to false.
3. Opened a new tab (with ctrl+t or by browsing "about:newtab")
Actual results:
about:newtab is white.
Expected results:
about:newtab should be black or otherwise dark as per release notes:
"A more consistent user experience: Improvements for dark theme support across the entire Firefox user interface"
