Details

From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.0rc1) Gecko/20020417 BuildID: RC3 downloaded 26-05-02 am Mozilla will not re-start after closing. Cannot un-install/re-install Mozilla without re-starting WinXP as program still listed as running. But Ctrl-Alt-Del does not list Mozilla as application running. Running XP as admin. No such problems for non-admin user. Was using Pinball theme in RC1 (but non-admin user used Classic theme). Un-installed RC1 before installation of RC3. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Uninstall RC1. Install RC3. 2. Open browser. Close browser. 3. Try to re-open browser or mail. No response. Actual Results: Nothing Expected Results: Re-opened Removed Pinball, reverted to Classic. Problem remained. Now reverted to RC1.
Reporter: Do you see Mozilla in the process list ? Can you please uninstall all third-party Themes and/or delete all files in profile/chrome/
Yes, that did it. Uninstalled RC1, deleted chrome folder, re-installed RC3, and it now opens/closes/opens multiple times without problem. Also works correctly with RC3 Pinball theme. BTW, build is 2002052306. >Do you see Mozilla in the process list ? I'm afraid I didn't look at this before removing RC3 and reporting the bug. But it's there now of course.
Resolving since it works now and is a third-party problem.

thanks but this is a dupe :-) (a not active Theme should not cause this)
