Details

When a site tries to confirm whether I want to leave using onbeforeunload the "This page is asking you to confirm that you want to leave - data you have entered may not be saved." dialogue is displayed twice: first time before the tab is closed, second time after it is closed when is it a bit too late for selecting "stay on page". I tried - it doesn't bring the tab back :) You may try it here: http://www.anchormodeling.com/modeler/latest/ * open http://www.anchormodeling.com/modeler/latest/ * click anywhere on a white canvas to set ASKBEFOREUNLOAD flag * close the tab, click 'leave page' when prompted - second identical prompt will appear after the tab is closed
Fx 52 is not affected. A port of Bug 967873 might fix it here too but I am really not sure what happens.
