BuildID:
When sending mail it seems that the browser cannot do anything else until the
mail has been sent completely. Comparing this the NS 4.73 where messages can be
sent in background without problem.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Send mail.
2.

Actual Results: Had to wait until complete message was sent before I could
resume other functions in Mozilla.
Expected Results: Should send mail in background.
