Details

Since many have expressed their dislike of the bulky Download Manager and make use of hidden prefs, I propose that a Preference UI be created that allows the user to select whether they want to use it at all, or for Download Manager to come up if X downloads are happening simultaneously. That way, the normal dialogue will come up if they’re going for a single, quick download.
