[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox;
2. Navigate and login with a valid account on https://www.linkedin.com
3. Hover over each of the 3 getting started steps.

[Expected result]:
- each section expands, text inside is not shifting to the side while in/out of focus

[Actual result]:
- one row shifts left-right on hover/clear in the steps-info subtitle section;
 

[Additional notes]:
- attached screen-cast with the issue for a better understanding of the issue;
- the affected text is from the "launchpad-card__subtitle" class;
- on mac(s) it's a bit more subtle, in some cases the whole section shifts;
