qe-verify+ is set to just make sure that the asterisk is still present after this change. It should appear on required fields in the address-form, basic-card-form, and the CVV field on the summary page.

Verified - fixed on latest Nightly 63.0a1 (2018-08-07) on Windows 10 x64, Ubuntu 16.04, Mac OS 10.13 and Windows 7 x64.
The asterisks are present on all the required field from address-form, CC-form and CVV field from Order Summary.
Verified on 3 different builds (Arabic (RTL), French, German)on all OS.
