The Security Error: Domain Name Mismatch dialog box is globally modal.  If
another browser window is open when that dialog box is active, the browser is
completely unresponsive.  You have to resolve that dialog box before other
windows will start functioning again.  Can we tie the error message just to the
one browser window?

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Open the URL listed previously.  Get the error (most likely due to
misconfiguration on the server side.


Actual Results:  Get the security error domain name mismatch dialog box.  This
is expected.  However, if you launch another window or have other windows active
they are blocked waiting for resolution of the security error.

Expected Results:  Other windows should not be affected by a security error in
another browser window (especially where they are different sites and don't have
a parent-child relationship)
