Devices: HTC Nexus 9 (Android 7.1.1), Google Pixel C (Android 8.0.0)

Builds:
 - Nightly 63.0a1 (2018-07-03);
 - Beta 62.0b5
 - Release 61.0

Steps to reproduce:
 1. Open Fennec and navigate to settings via Custom menu
 2. From General select Language and select a different browser language
 3. Select Mozilla > About Firefox
 4. Expand the Custom Menu

Expected result:
 The language is changed around Fennec, including the Custom menu buttons

Actual result:
 Settings and the About section have the language updated, the custom menu's language is not

Notes: If navigating to the Home screen using Back button and expanding the custom menu, it will be updated accordingly
