super slow loading since rc2 rc1 was fast and good to use but for some reason
http://www.p1cu.org/onlineserv/HB/ and other secure sites are extremly slow so
slow i have to use IE

Steps to Reproduce:
try to go to the site http://www.p1cu.org/onlineserv/HB/
Actual Results: takes a very long time
Expected Results: should show up real fast look at rc1 or internet explorer
Scott, can you include some data on how long RC3 takes to load that document as
compared to RC2 and RC1?
Ah, missed that "secure sites." This was probably a duplicate of bug 147979.
