Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to hhtp://m.twitch.tv
2. Scroll up and down.

Expected result:
The games thumbnails are correctly displayed when scrolling.
 
Actual result:
The games thumbnails are displayed black when scrolling.

This issue occurs on the latest versions of Nightly 66.0a1 (2019-01-06), Beta 65.0b8 and Release 64.0.1.
Devices: OnePlus 5T (Android 8.1.0) and Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 (Android 8.0).
