Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: Start a webcam h264 webrtc stream with janus gateway on firefox android and receive it on chrome or firefox on linux. Or start a webcam h264 webrtc stream with janus gateway on chrome/firefox linux and receive it on firefox android. Actual results: Both case result on receiving a black stream, and no error output from android remote debugging or on browser console. Expected results: Receive the h264 video stream on both case, it is working with vp8 and was working with h264 with the previous version of firefox android.
I see the same on Firefox 61 / Android 7.1.1 on Samsung Tab A. In my case, the source is wowza streaming engine.
Same here, with latest Firefox and Android 8.1.0, Xiaomi Mi A1. Happens with a video conference engine that uses H264. Switching to VP8 is ok. Also the mozilla test page http://mozilla.github.io/webrtc-landing/pc_test.html confirms.

We have found this at TokBox as well and have customers that are complaining about it. If you load our sample that is meant to interop with Safari using H.264 then Firefox fails. http://safari.opentokrtc.com/

This is quite likely the same problem as Bug 1481139.
