1473829 - Add keyboard shortcut info to the "Open in sidebar" context menu entry

Bug 1419081 added the Ctrl/Cmd + click shortcut to put an object in the sidebar.
It would help the discoverability to add this information in the context menu entry.

I think we should have a shortcut module that handles shortcuts and displaying them in tooltips and context menus.

That way we could easily make them customize-able.

Hi Neha, thanks for working on this! I see that the patch in phabricator hasn't been changed for about a month.
Are you still planning on working on this and need more time? If so, that's fine, just let us know so we can make the bug available for others to fix if you don't intend to work on it anymore.
