While trying to browse HTTPS web sites blank pages are always returned. And page
source for such pages has empty both header and body sections. This applies at
least to win32 builds.

Do you use a proxy ?
Do you have a ssl Tab under Edit\preferences\Privacy&Security ?

This bug is shown for both proxy and direct connections. Since Mozilla has been
installed with PSM I do see SSL tab under Edit\Preferences\Privacy&Security.

Dan,
could you try and download some nightly build? And try to completely remove the
RC3?

I've tried last nightly build yesterday. It shows the same behaviour as the RC3.
Before installing it I've uninstalled RC3 completely. BTW, I forgot to say that
I use Windows NT 4.0. This is probably important.

Reporter, can you reinstall into a new folder, and then can you try a new
profile? If you can't find Profile Manager on the Start Menu, at the command
line type "mozilla -profilemanager"

Reporter, can you make sure that your memory cache is not set to zero. See bug

Memory cache zero bug applies to my case. Will be the bug 136210 fixed until
1.00 release?
