Details
(Using RC3 on NT4, SP6a)
Reproducible ? Always.
Steps: Start Mozilla, with at least one Navigator window open.
Use the "Start" Menu to attempt to run Profile Manager.
Expected result: Profile Manager
Actual result: A new navigator window which loads my home page.
I think this rates as "Critical" because if you are an
network administrator you should not have to exit Mozilla
just to create a profile for a new user on your network.

I'm using 2002052508 on win2k and the same bug surfaces. The "-ProfileManager"
parameter is useless when mozilla is allready opened.

I agree but it's an RFE. The profile manager dialog was intended to be shown
only when the app is launched. If we ever implement live profile switching
(being able to bring up the profile manager dialog at any point from a menu)
this will be addressed.
