1474225 - favicon - Allow to remove completely or change by one of your choice

When adding a new bookmark or editing a bookmark, give the possibility to 

1. Remove the favicon entirely, so we can have text only (the same way we change the title)
2. Change the favicon by an image of your own choice (specifically very practical if you desire to have design uniformity or just something more meaningful as an icon than the one proposed by the site.)

Bug 1428859 is related here, but unclear if it is what you want or not - it would allow you to have no icons on the bookmarks toolbar.

There appears to be at least one add-on for changing favicons: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/favicon-customizer/ (though I've not tried it out, nor I am convinced it is a perfect fit for you).

And the extension seems to do the job (Though I would believe that it would be practical to be native, but I understand the priorities too).
