1474584 - Search engines icons vary in size

Environment: 
Device: Nexus 9(Android 6.0.1);
Build: Nightly 63.0a1 (2018-07-09);

Steps to reproduce:
1. Add 5-6 different search engines;
2. Go to Settings -> Search;

Expected result:
The icons for the pre-installed search engines and the ones added at step 1 are the same size. 

Actual result:
The icons have different size and for one engine nothing is displayed.
