Cannot receive any email notification after re-hired

I used "boris.chiou@gmail.com" as my bugzilla email before, and I cannot receive any email notification (e.g. comments on my bug or review/needinfo reqest). I thought this might be a problem of my gmail account, so I changed it to my mozilla email, bchiou@mozilla.com. However, I still cannot receive any bug mail (including needinfo, review request, component watch, and others). I'm pretty sure I enable all bugmall notifications, but it still doesn't work.
Can anyone help me fix this problem? Thanks.

I have re-enabled your email. It seems in January you left the company and have since returned? Your account was updated in January to remove you from your Mozilla security groups as well as disable email. Sorry for the inconvenience.
