The text component in which some "source code" is listen on the provided URL,
"jumps" location when the scrollbars are used.
Reproducible: Always

1.Load the URL
2.Try to scroll down in the text field.
3.Observe...
Actual Results: The Text Field "JUMPED" to a different location!
Expected Results: It should stay put... ? :)
[Mozilla 2002052508 (trunk), Windows2000]
indeed, if you scroll the box containing source XHTML using its own scroll bars
(vertical or horizontal) it jumps from centre justified to right justified.
refreshing the page restores the box to the centre

worksforme, linux build 2002-04-02-04. Is this still an issue?
This is still an issue on the MOZILLA_1_0_BRANCH. I'm thinking that my nsBox.cpp
and nsBlockFrame.cpp changes for bug 141900 have hidden this problem on the
TRUNK, like it did for bug 145543 and bug 111848.
