From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/4.78 [ja] (Windows NT 5.0; U) BuildID: 2002052306 I am monitoring the Linux logs using NS4.78 through FTP protocol; URL is, for example, ftp://admin:PASSWORD@192.168.0.100//var/log/. Using Mozilla, normal text log file can be seen, but compressed file (e.g. maillog.1.gz) cannot be seen and Mozilla open the window titled "Downloading maillog.1.gz". Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. access to ftp://admin:PASSWORD@192.168.0.100//var/log 2. click on the maillog.1.gz 3. problem arised Actual Results: Mozilla open the window titled "Downloading maillog.1.gz". Expected Results: Mozilla should automatically expand the compressed file and open it in its own browser.
