the ctrl-shift-d file bookmark window's size sometimes resets itself
Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce
Steps to Reproduce:
1.ctrl-shift-d or bookmarks-> file bookmark, adjust the window size, save bookmark
2.continue browsing as normal, quit and start mozilla a few time
3.try to file bookmark
Actual Results: sometimes the file bookmark window reset to default
Expected Results: the window size remembered
it worked well till rc1 as far as I can recall
