Recent telemetry data shows Nightly 63 (with the doubled size) getting about 0.9% higher cache hits than Beta 62 (with the old size), which seems within the margin of error and could also just be due to different traffic patterns.
The doubled size thus gives virtually no benefit and we can revert that back.
