Component bar tool tips block function of buttons when they show up. This is a
problem that I assume is a hold over from NS 6.X where I first noticed it. It
is repeatable with all five buttons.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. From Navigator, Mail, etc., move cursor over the symbol of a window that is
not currently active.
2. Wait for tool tip to show up (1 sec.?)
3. Click on button when tooltip shows up.
Actual Results: nothing happens
Expected Results: Should have made the selected button activate the window for
that icon.
Using moderm theme...didn't try others.
