User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.11; rv:61.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/61.0 Build ID: 20180704003137 Steps to reproduce: Invoke Firefox is Safe Mode (MacOS). Actual results: The choice box containing Safe-Mode and Refresh Appears When the Refresh operations completes, bookmarks have been restored but all Add-ons/Plug-ins are gone. Expected results: Given an option to save/restore Add-ons (or perhaps automatically search the existing Add-ons site and reinstall the latest version. Forcing user to restore Add-ons manually is a pain-in-the-butt.
