If you open an email message in the form mailto: email@domanin.com?
Subject=aaa&body=aaabb,%0D%0A %0D%0AIn%20cccdd

The end of line characters are stripped so the message is one long line.
This is an issue when you have web based tools that use links to send form 
letters, etc.
