Steps to reproduce:
1. Click on "Separate window" menu item from the meatballs door-hanger menu
2. Click on the meatballs again
3. Observe the border of the door-hanger menu
Expected Result:
The door-hanger menu windows should not pass the dev-tools window.
Actual Result:
Door-hanger menu passes the border of its parent window, dev tools window.

This seems like the right behavior to me. If the doorhanger was pushed any further left, we wouldn't have the right amount of spacing between the arrow and the edge.
Is there any reason you prefer it not to overlap the edge?
