Details

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Firefox and open multiple tabs
2. Open multiple tabs
3. Click and hold Ctrl/Cmd keys and select multiple tabs
4. Select "Move to a New Window" via the context menu.

Expected Result:
All selected tabs open in New Window.

Actual Result:
Nothing is happening.
WFM on Ubuntu 18.04. I can only reproduce when selecting all tabs in a window but moving all of them to a new window wouldn't achieve anything anyway. The Chromium equivalent is selecting all tabs and trying to drag them away which drags the whole window.

Can you verify that this is still occurring on the latest Nightly? I can't repro.
