Details
DUO two factor authentication for signing into slack does not work on Focus Nightly. After approving the 2FA push it leads me to blank https://mozilla.slack.com/sso/saml page with a warning that auth.mozilla.auth0.com is an insecure connection. If I switch the browser to authenticate with Firefox on Android it logs me in successfully.
Firefox Focus 6.3 (Build #122031206 62.0.20180712042337)

Vicky, does this problem happen if you disable Focus Tracking Protection? Does it happen in Focus 6.0 (the WebView stable release)?

It works with Focus 6.0 with webview stable release.
It also works with Focus Nightly with webview since I updated it so likely not Focus Tracking Protection related.
I think this relates to intent:// URIs. We may need to add some GeckoView API to allow the app to handle this.
