When I have an older Mobile Fennec version, I want to connect about:debugging to it via QR Code, so I can inspect my website.

We will not implement WiFi debugging using the QR code scanner in the new remote debugging. This solution is only valid for Fennec, and we will want to move users out of Fennec,
