STR:
1. Load https://www.rawstory.com/2018/07/rachel-maddow-slams-white-house-deleting-evidence-reporters-suspicion-trump-putin-collusion/
2. Scroll down to the second video on the page, the Rachel Maddow video labeled "Watch the video opener below".
3. Play the video.
4. Click the video player's fullscreen button.

ACTUAL RESULT:
The video plays fullscreen but Firefox renderes flashing URL loading status bar updates in the lower left corner of the screen *on top of* the fullscreen video. I can reproduce this in Firefox 61 and Chrome.

EXPECTED RESULT:
The URL loading status bar updates should not be rendered on top of the fullscreen video. This is the behavior I see in Edge and IE11.
