Steps to reproduce: 1) Visit https://teddyslunchbox.wixsite.com/teddyslunchbox/hire-contact-us . 2) Fill the form fields with autofill. 3) Click Send. This clears the form fields after sending the message. 4) Double-click in the name field. Expected: 4) Form Autofill provides a list of values to populate the form. Actual: 4) Form Autofill provides a menu with "clear" and "options".
