Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Settings -> Display
2. Tap to enable "Automatically" (move the slider to approximately half)
3. Tap "< Settings" button
4. Swipe up to open iOS control center
5. Change the brightness in the control center
6. Dismiss the control center and scroll on the Settings page
Actual results:
- Dark theme misbehaves.
