hgweb15.dmz.scl3 has become self aware and is resisting attempts to power it off. it's also sending a ton of error notifications: 2018-07-27T02:53:49.180876 [28549] requests.exceptions.ProxyError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='archive.mozilla.org', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /pub/firefox/nightly/2018/07/ (Caused by ProxyError('Cannot connect to proxy.', NewConnectionError('<urllib3.connection.VerifiedHTTPSConnection object at 0x7f9ce602f590>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 110] Connection timed out',)))
The services weren't disabled before it moved to MDC1; I'd assumed that it would get re-imaged before becoming a problem, but the MOC ran into issues. I ssh'ed in to the IP and killed the services.
