Newer version Mercurial 4.6.2 timed out in vm (virtualbox) on ubuntu 16.04, when trying to edit a commit message, making it impossible to write in the editor (vi, nano) and also not being able to exit the editor just by forcibly closing the virtual machine.
Can you provide some output such as a call stack or error message? Could you also provide some context about how this relates to Pushlog? From the bug description it sounds like this is more of a core Mercurial issue and not related to Mozilla's Mercurial extensions or server (hg.mozilla.org). If that is the case, perhaps this bug should be filed with the aforementioned information at https://bz.mercurial-scm.org.
