See the table at [1]. The words in the ID, Options, and Flags columns are being broken.

I dont see any issue. They shoud set min-width for td or code. Look at this table on lower resolution in stable FF. Table is breaking layout. In Nightly it calculating proper and not break layout. This is fix, not a issue. Attachment with example
I've file a bug with the PHP team: https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=76689
We're not sure how widespread this issue could be. Do we have a plan of action for this?
Flags: needinfo?(xidorn+moz)
Priority: -- → P3
If we decide that this is widespread and not webcompat in general, we would bring it back to CSSWG for further discussion. If it becomes urgent to revert, we just need to backout all the patches in the bugs directly blocking the tracking bug 1480284.
Flags: needinfo?(xidorn+moz)
If this affects major sites (like in 1476180), then it probably will be widespread and might need to be a higher priority. Rather than waiting for the WG, could we bend this somehow to compensate in the meantime? A different default perhaps?

If we can't address this in 63, given the time in the cycle, then backing out may be the prudent course of action.

The new behavior will be put behind pref in bug 1484587 and turned off by default.
Flags: needinfo?(xidorn+moz)
Disabled in bug 1484587 and then new value is added for the original purpose in bug 1505786. I think we can close this bug now.
