HTC 10 (Android 8.0)
HTC Desire 820 (Android 6.0.1)

Build: Nightly 63.0a1 (2018-07-30);

Steps to reproduce:
1. Clean install of Nightly or clear app data.
2. Open http://video.webmfiles.org/elephants-dream.webm
3. Open http://pearce.org.nz/video/autoplay.html
4. Go to Settings>Advanced, tap Allow autoplay.
5. Select one of the 2 options: Block/Allow.
6. Return to the Settings menu. Re-enter the Advanced menu and tap Allow autoplay to see the selection.

Expected result:
2&3. Video autoplay should be blocked by default.
4. 'Blocked' should be the default selection.
5&6. The selected autoplay option is saved and visible.

Actual result:
2. Video autoplay works for http://video.webmfiles.org/elephants-dream.webm
3. Autoplay is blocked for http://pearce.org.nz/video/autoplay.html
4. There is no default selection visible. Both checkboxes are clear.
5&6. There is no selection saved for the Allow autoplay setting. Both checkboxes are clear.
Selecting 'Allowed' still doesn't work to autoplay the video on http://pearce.org.nz/video/autoplay.html
