147982 - "mailto:" window shows up blank

I'm using the form submission "mailto" tag to send basic information back to a 
store and when I click submit it launches the email application  and opens a new 
email message window but with no information. When I click send it sends the 
message but again, on opening it there's nothing in the message window. I've 
tried it on IE for the Mac and Netscape 4.5 and this method of sending info 
works fine -in fact, in those versions when I click submit I don't have to see 
the email app open up -it just automatically sends it after the encryption 
warning. Is the "mailto" tag supported in this version of Netscape?
