The css2 property "quotes" given the value "none" displays the text within
double quotes. According to http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-CSS2/generate.html#quotes:-

none
The 'open-quote' and 'close-quote' values of the 'content' property produce no
quotations marks.

I just encountered this bug again using Firefox 1.0 (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U;
Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0), please see

  http://iokaste.erde3.net/var/quotes.html

The original test fails, too:

Firefox was released off of the aviary branch which branched from the 1.7 branch
which branched from the trunk on April 12. This was fixed a few hours after
that branch was created. You need a newer build.
