Once bug 1479486 lands, the only consumer is nsNativeAppSupportWin.h. Do we need this thing at all?

It looks kind of like it could be replaced with some kind of win32 ifdef check.

MOZ_PHOENIX was an old way to identify Firefox the browser, I think it's true on all platforms, but it can certainly be gotten rid of. nsNativeAppSupportWin.h also seems to contain a bunch of unused defines.
