Is Mozilla planning to implement the Page Lifecycle API? It’s been recently added to Chrome 68.

Olli, I guess you had been following this? I sorta figured we'd already have a bug on it, but I can't find anything.

I've been following and commenting the work, but it is unclear still whether we'll implement the proposal. It mostly looks ok, but IIRC Apple has concerns.
(I was expecting still couple of iterations in API design but Google was a tad hasty.)

It's probably worth opening a Mozilla Standards Positions issue for this API to kick off a discussion: https://github.com/mozilla/standards-positions/issues
