Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch Firefox and login with a FxA
2. Open multiple tabs and navigate to Tabs Tray
3. Force touch any of the tabs and swipe up (pick and pop action)

Expected result:
Both, "send to device" and "copy URL", options are available.

Actual result:
Only one of the two mentioned options are available. Its availability is not related to the page type or tab position. Two tabs with the same web page may have either one or the other option.
