Calling this P5 because I think we should just get rid of about:plugins in favor of the Addon Manager.

Dang it, I was going to suggest getting rid of plugins from about:addons in favor of about:plugins.

Apparently this is not RTL in general, but only for Hebrew. I'm going to remove the product question for mconca and redirect this to emanuela for the upcoming about:addons work, because we really only need to have this content in one place.

I had this conversation in another bug somewhere, sometime ago. Today users can't don't much with plugins. In the next future, it's going to be less and less. We are also moving away from the idea of add-ons, and we're starting to relocate content in places that make more sense for the users (e.g. Languages & Dictionaries). So for this reasons, I think we should keep about:plugins and remove the plugins section from "about:addons".
