If I touch-scroll modal overlay at g2a.com, it gets flung entirely offscreen, and then reappears jarringly

STR: 1. Visit https://www.g2a.com/ in Firefox for Android ---> Hopefully a "Consent to cookies and personal data processing" modal overlay appears (nearly the full size of your phone viewport). If not, try again in a private browsing window, or try tapping a link to a game title, and that might do it. (Sometimes also/instead, there's a dropdown cookie notification that's snapped to the top of the screen - that's not the notification I'm talking about here.) 2. Touch-scroll the "Consent to cookies" overlay, with a rapid "fling" gesture. ACTUAL RESULTS: I get unexpectedly overscrolled (i.e. I scroll past the end of the overlay, and it ends up partially or wholly offscreen). And then suddenly it snaps back into place as if I'd only scrolled to the bottom of it. EXPECTED RESULTS: I shouldn't be able to scroll past the end of the overlay. Chrome on Android gives me EXPECTED RESULTS, as does Firefox Nightly on Desktop with responsive design mode. Firefox on Android gives me ACTUAL RESULTS (I tested release 61, beta 62, and Nightly 63).
