This stuff is a mess. We have CSS files shared across the dialogs and files for individual dialogs, that is understandable, but rules for just one dialog are in the shared sheet, and shared rules aren't in the shared sheet, so we end up including the other one everywhere too.

Okay, I've changed my mind. This isn't as bad as I thought, and I have other things to do.
I've rearranged the attendees dialog CSS in-place. It's now vaguely in the same order as it appears in the document tree. I've also moved some stray rules and put them in more logical places.
