Build: 13.0(11653) Device: iPad Mini 4 iOS: 12b5 Steps to reproduce: 1. Open a few tabs to enable scrolling in Top Tabs on iPad 2. Open a new Tab or Tap on a tab that is not fully focused Actual results: - The view will jump to the tab to focus on it but there is no animation Expected results: - The animation is correctly displayed in 12.2 (11231) Video: - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8DPjl45yGZU
