Show a very simple history tab (which isn't going to be a tab yet) with the list of previous translations for the selected entity and their status. No action on status buttons yet.

* Fix bug 1481767 - Implement the History tab in Translate.Next.

Refactor the API usage into a core module, exposing functions separated into namespaces per type of objects (current translation and entity).

Separate big `style.css` file into smaller files, and import those in Translate.Next.
